New Features to SizableSend.com
We have been hard at work launching Version 3.0 of SizableSend.com. These new features make sending large files free easier than ever not to mention faster, more secure and more user friendly.
Here are just a few of the newest features in Version 3.0:
- PDF Preview - Preview a PDF after you’ve uploaded it. View up to the first 10 pages of any PDF file in high resolution. Additionally PDF thumbnails are generated for the first page of a PDF and displayed to you in real-time as you upload the PDF files.
- Image Thumbnail Preview - Now you can preview any image you’ve upload to Sizable Send before you download it. This makes image file sharing much more secure and transparent because you know what you’re downloading before you download it. In addition, real-time image preview thumbnails are displayed as you upload photos using the new photo sharing file uploader.
- Audio Preview - Now you can preview audio files in real-time - Both as they are uploaded and on the download page. Anytime an audio file is sent an audio player will accompany it on the file download page.
- ZIP File Preview - Even wonder what was in a .ZIP file before you downloaded it, wonder no more! The new version of Sizable Send allows you to preview what files/folders are contained within a ZIP file before you download it.
- Video Preview - Along with many other new features on the file download page you will file the ability to preview almost any type of video file. From Flash Video to QuickTime to Windows Media, our new file download page plays them all!
- Related Files View - Probably the coolest new feature in Sizable Send Version 3.0 is the ability to view at a glance, all other files sent to you by the same user. No more going through all those file upload notification emails to determine all the files you were sent - just click on one of the links and the page will contain all the other files sent to you during the file upload session.
- Auto Fill for Email Addresses – Now when you enter in the ‘To’ and ‘From’ email addresses before you send a large file Sizable Send will memorize those emails for future uses. Thus when you visit Sizable the next time it will auto fill the ‘To’ and ‘From’ email addresses with the same values you entered last time – thus making sending large files that much easier and faster.
- Address Book - Now every time you send a file it will store what email addresses you used; both the ‘From’ and ‘To’ email addresses. These email addresses will be available in the form of an auto complete drop down menu for all of your future visits to Sizable Send. This way every time you access Sizable Send you will have your entire email address book at your fingertips allowing you to select recipients much much faster.
20GB is not enough. i have Dropbox and they allow up to 100GB…..due to HD video we require a high capacity file sharing cloud hard drive. i would suggest to improve and make an easy security interface that allows me to check and uncheck who i would like to share the folder or files with.
I would also suggest maybe password protections, im not sure how secure all this is…even dropbox.

i think that it new tools are wonderfull and we give a lot posibillities to send files at our friends or partners. Congratulation
