Custom Branded Uploader - Template Two

Template Two - The Minimalist

It is very simple, sleek yet has a very "web 2.0" feel to it. It's colors are lightish blue and neutral grays but can be changed to almost any color scheme you desire. Aside from the standard file upload controls it also includes a news feed for your Twitter account, an area for an optional advertisement, contact form, links to your Twitter, Facebook and other social networking accounts, and newsletter signup.
